​The 4th Teaching and Learning Forum 2023 provides a platform to share information and experiences on innovative teaching strategies. The event focuses on providing meaningful learning experiences to students and enhancing their employability. The theme of the forum is “Curriculum Transformation, Open AI, and Sustainable Employability”.

The Institute of Leadership in Higher Education (ILHE) invites all academic staff and those who are involved in enabling teaching and learning at UoS, to submit proposals to give a 30-minutes presentation on one of the following topics related to the theme:

 ​يوفر ملتقى التعليم والتعلم الرابع 2023 منصة لتبادل المعلومات والخبرات حول استراتيجيات التدريس المبتكرة. تركّز الفعالية على الأدوات والمهارات التي من خلالها يتم تزويد الطلبة بخبرات تعليمية هادفة وتعزيز المهارات الضرورية للتوظيف​. موضوع الملتقى لهذا العام هو "تحويل المناهج، الذكاء الاصطناعي المتاح للجميع، والتوظيف المستدام".


يدعو معهد القيادة في التعليم العالي أعضاء هيئة التدريس وجميع المشاركين في تمكين ودعم عملية التدريس والتعلّم في جامعة الشارقة للمشاركة في الملتقى​ من خلال تقديم مقترح عرض تقديمي لمدة 30 دقيقة يتعلق بأحد الموضوعات التالية على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
  • Developing a curriculum that incorporates AI and prepares students for sustainable employability
  • Aligning the curriculum with industry trends and the needs of the job market
  • Addressing the ethical and social implications of AI in education and professional work environments
  • Preparing students for interdisciplinary careers in the industry
  • تطوير منهج تعليمي يقوم بدمج الذكاء الاصطناعي ويهيئ الطلبة لتوظيف مستدام
  • مواءمة المنهج التعليمي مع احتياجات سوق العمل والاتجاهات الحديثة في المجال​​
  • معالجة الآثار الأخلاقية والاجتماعية للذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم وسوق العمل
  • إعداد الطلبة لشغل وظائف متعددة التخصصات في مجال العمل
