​The Institute organized and delivered, faculty advising capacity-building workshops with NACADA and the Disability Center at the University of Sharjah. A total number of 78 faculty members were nominated by their colleges for the advising capacity building initiative was proposed by Prof. Sherif Sedky VCAA.   

An award ceremony was organized to recognize and reward the participants for their initiative and dedication.
